No, you are not required to provide the details of your GP or surgery with us when you purchase one of our products. Therefore, we will not share any of your results with your GP or contact your GP.

Why are my results different to results from my GP?
Some biomarkers are sensitive and can fluctuate depending on the time taken or if any food has been consumed. The results we provide are accurate at the time you took the sample.

As a wellbeing company, we are not able to issue prescriptions, however, if your levels are low our UK registered doctors will give you some advice as to how to improve them. You can also download your results to show your GP.
