How do I package my sample so it’s secure for delivery?

Once you have collected your sample, ensuring the tube lids are clicked securely on and labelled the tubes with your completed labels, please place your sample back into the plastic protective casing and put this along with your completed lab request form back into the box. Put the box into the return envelope and seal. This will ensure your sample is secure during transit to our lab.
