How do I book an appointment within a clinic?

The details on how to book your appointment are provided within your order confirmation email, this includes a booking link and a telephone number. This email may go to your junk/spam folder so if you do not receive this email promptly after purchase, please check your junk folder. If you have not received the email please contact us by emailing .

We always recommend ensuring your test kit has arrived before booking your appointment to avoid any delays or cancellation fees if your kit arrives slightly later than we would expect.

Payment

This service is prepaid during the purchase of your test kit so no payment is required at the time of your appointment.

If you are booking with Superdrug

During booking, you may be asked to register your card details. As you have paid through Forth, you will not incur any additional charges during this time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not attend the appointment without cancelling, a charge of £45 will be processed by against this card. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 03333 111 007. Contacting the Forth support team may result in a delay and the payment automatically being processed.

If you are booking with Goodbody

As you have paid through Forth, you will not incur any additional charges during this time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or do not attend the appointment without cancelling, a charge of £45 will be processed by against this card. If you need to cancel your appointment, please use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email. Contacting the Forth support team may result in a delay and the payment automatically being processed.
