Can I Amend My Order After Purchase?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our support team by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible after purchase. If your kit has been dispatched already, we may not be able to make changes to your order, but we can offer further advice on what to do next.

Our customer service team is available from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and aims to respond within two working days.
